Tom joined Springboard Labs in 2023 after serving as the Chief Learning Officer and Vice President of Organization Development at Catholic Health Services of Long Island for seven years. Before joining Catholic Health, Tom led several major change initiatives, including a Canadian Health Transformation Learning Partnership for four years, Safety Across High Consequence Industries for ten years, and the Innovation Expedition in Healthcare for five years. Tom has extensive experience leading private consulting practices and currently co-facilitates multiple industry roundtables, cross-industry steering committees, and learning circles for executives. Tom holds an EdD and an EdM from Harvard University, specializing in organizational learning and intervention. Tom is married with three children and enjoys traveling. On weekends, he frequently kayaks or swims on the Cape.

Chris joined Springboard Labs in 2023 after spending twenty years advising executive leadership teams on innovation, business growth, building high-performing organizations, and launching centers of excellence. He has held leadership positions in consulting practices and enterprise-wide teams at Kaiser Permanente, Sutter Health, HP, and the California Department of Public Health. With a focus on cross-industry innovation and networks in high-tech and healthcare, Chris launched and led multiple centers of excellence and innovation networks. Chris holds a BA from the University of Michigan and an MA Ed from San Jose University. Prior to consulting, he served as a Lieutenant Commander in the Navy and enjoys hiking and skiing with his wife.

Clarissa joined Springboard Labs in 2023 after teaching psychology and contributing to research and DEI initiatives at Bentley University for nine years. With two decades of experience in organization development roles at MITRE, the Federal Aviation Administration, and Arthur D. Little, Clarissa previously served as a partner at Second Curve Systems and as President of the Boston Chapter of the Organization Development Network. Clarissa holds an EdD and an EdM from Harvard University with a focus on organizational learning and leadership, and a BA in Adult Training and Development from the University of Massachusetts. On September 11, 2001, Clarissa was an FAA employee on a flight from Boston to Washington D.C. that departed just before American Airlines Flight 11 hit the North Tower of the World Trade Center (WTC) in New York City.
